Please be advised that all products offered by Cascadia Pens are individually handcrafted. By nature, handmade goods may exhibit minor inconsistencies or imperfections. These variations are not considered defects but are rather the hallmarks of unique, artisanal craftsmanship.

Specifically, regarding our wood products: Wood is a natural material characterized by inherent variations in color, grain pattern, and texture. Your item may feature unique characteristics such as knots, burls, minor cracks, or filled voids. These natural disparities ensure that no two pieces are identical and reinforce the authenticity of the material.

Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• Carriers: Shipments are facilitated via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using First Class Package or Priority Mail services.

• Tracking: A tracking number and estimated delivery date will be provided via email once the order has been fulfilled.

• Service Area: At this time, Cascadia Pens ships exclusively to addresses within the United States and its Territories.

Liability: Damage & Loss

Cascadia Pens is not liable for items that are damaged, delayed, or lost in transit. Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier assumes all responsibility for the delivery. In the event of a shipping issue, customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Taxes & Compliance

Buyers are responsible for any applicable state or local sales taxes. Cascadia Pens is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier volume, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.

Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations Cancellation requests are accepted only if they are received prior to shipment. Please note that most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement. Once an item has been marked as shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Returns We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Notification: The buyer must contact us to initiate a return within 14 days of the original purchase.

• Return Window: The physical item must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition.

• Shipping Costs: The buyer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Exclusions: Customized or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, Cascadia Pens will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

• Approved Refunds: If the item is returned in its original condition, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• Condition Requirements: If an item is returned damaged or shows signs of use, Cascadia Pens reserves the right to deduct any loss in value from the refund amount or deny the refund request entirely.

• Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
